Our products are in-vitro diagnostic tests intended for home screening only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace professional medical advice or laboratory testing. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP. The total price, including any applicable taxes and shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery, cancellation, and return terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our products are screening tools only. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of a home screening result, and we encourage you to consult a healthcare professional about any result. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
