Where we ship

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the EU (Sweden). We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly on business days. Estimated delivery times and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and again in your confirmation email.

Delivery estimates are guidance rather than a guarantee, and can occasionally be affected by the carrier or by customs handling.

Packaging

Every order is sent in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral sender name, so nobody can tell what is inside.

Taxes

Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, we will include the details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@herpestest.co.uk and we will help put it right.
