Herpes HSV-1 and HSV-2

 

1. Remove the packaging and place the test panel with the sample well facing up on the desk.
   
   
2. Drop 3 full drops of whole blood (80μl-100μl) vertically into the sample well on the panel. If the blood is thick, also add 1 drop of buffer (40μl-50μl) to the same well. Ensure there are no air bubbles in the pipette, as a bubble can affect the test result. Use a new pipette for each test, even if the same sample is used.
   
   
3. The result will be displayed within 15-30 minutes, but over 35 minutes, it is invalid.
